I support Jason Sampson for at-large City Council member and ask you to support him by voting for him Tuesday Nov 5. He has proven himself a servant of the community and a collaborative individual in moving our community forward.
Jason has an obvious role as transportation director for the schools but continues to serve the community in less visible ways. Early on a cold Saturday morning, Jason volunteered to keep runners safe during the Freedom Run 5k that was organized by the Runners United Nevada running club. His efforts go above and beyond within the schools by mentoring a child and he has consistently done so for three consecutive years. These are examples of a commitment to serving that Jason carries with him in serving as at Large City Council Member.
In his current role as at-large City Council member, Jason has proven effective in collaborating with business and community leadership. Within the council, he serves on the Development Committee that was integral in ensuring Burke’s expansion and Verbio taking over the DuPont plant. As Lincoln Highway Days Committee Member Jason implemented improvements to the rodeo and event location that require countless efforts to collaborate with all the parties involved.
Jason has proven himself a servant of the community and a collaborator in getting things done in the community. I encourage you to support him Tuesday Nov. 5 for at-large City Council member.
