Here is the schedule so far for this season: June 4, Story Medical with blood pressure checks and maybe an ambulance; June 11, Nevada Jaycees; June 18, Family of Faith; June 25, Farm Bureau Insurance; July 9, ISU Extension and Outreach; July 16, Family of Faith; July 30, Story Medical with YOGA by Sheila Walsh; Aug. 27, Seventh-day Adventists Church; Sept. 3, Story Medical with YOGA and Sept. 10, Family of Faith.

The Family of Faith Church will provide a meal at the Nevada Senior Center on June 25 (walking tacos), July 23 (beefburgers), Aug. 20 and Sept. 17. "We are hoping to have more community service clubs and organizations sign up to provide meals as they see the success of the market," said Lynn Scarlett, Nevada Chamber director. The Nevada Golden K Kiwanis will be hosting an ice cream social and baked goods sale on June 18.

The Nevada Community Band will perform at the Midtown Market each Tuesday, at 7 p.m., through July 16. Everyone is encouraged to bring a lawn chair to City Hall and enjoy the music after visiting the market.

"We invite everyone to come to City Hall parking lot, beginning June 4 at 5 p.m., to enjoy the wonderful market items, the delicious food and the wonderful music of the Nevada Community Band. Bring your lawn chairs and plan to spend your Tuesday evenings in Nevada," said Scarlett.
