The Happy Homebodies 4-H club met Dec. 13 at 4-H Christy Hall in Nevada. Lydia Richards, president, chaired the business meeting. During the meeting it was decided to reschedule the Wildlife Care Clinic education program from later in the year to the January meeting. Club members discussed which animals to ask the Wildlife Care clinic staff to bring. After the meeting, members enjoyed a snack potluck and Christmas party. Some of the activities included a white elephant gift exchange, an ugly sweater contest, and Pin the Tail on Rudolph. Everyone had a good time, good food and good company. For information about visiting our next meeting, contact our club leaders, Marcia and Neil Rima, at 515-382-2084. Merry Christmas from the Happy Homebodies!
