The fifth annual Farm4Profit Conference promises nationally known speakers, updates on the ag economy and an opportunity to network with a wide variety of industry leaders, innovators and operators. Registration is now open for the day-long event, to be held Dec. 7, hosted at the CNH Industrial Ag Information Center in Nevada.

The Farm4Profit Conference (formerly known as the Ames Ag Summit) is a local and independently organized meeting providing farms and operations of all types and sizes the tools necessary to increase farming profitability. Farm operators and agricultural professionals of all experience levels will access the latest trends and projections in an unbiased outlet for information related to increasing the profitability of their organization.

Topics to be covered in presentations include: financial trends and oversight, land value and cash rent trends, commodity price trends and forecast, grain storage safety and tips, farm bill updates, global ag economic conditions, and long range weather forecasting.

Co-founder of the Farm4Profit Conference, Tanner Winterhof, is a long-term ag/commercial banker and comes from a farm family. “I am looking forward to the Farm4Profit Conference even more this year than ever before. The material to be presented and opportunity to network with others will be extremely valuable and timely as farmers are facing another year of tighter margins,” Winterhof said. Speakers and experts on hand at the 2018 Conference will include representatives from Iowa Corn Growers Association, Iowa Soybean Association, Sukup Manufacturing, True North Insurance, VisionBank of Iowa, Whitaker Marketing Group, Principal Financial Group, Cropstar, BAMWX and Ag West Commodities.

The 2018 Farm4Profit Conference will be Friday, Dec. 7, with registration beginning at 8 a.m. The daylong event will be at the CNH Industrial Ag Information Center site, located at 23942 590th Ave, Nevada.
