FORT MADISON — U.S. Rep. Dave Loebsack will headline the Lee County Democratic Party's Eppers-O'Malley banquet tonight.

In addition to candidate speeches, the annual Eppers-O'Malley award will be presented to local Democrats who have "distinguished' themselves in serving the party. The award is named after Chuck Eppers and Bob O'Malley, longtime local activists and office holders.
