Charlie’s Angels held its third annual Lunch With ISU Football Coach Matt Campbell last week. The event was a sellout, with approximately 100 people in attendance. Charlie Hugunin, daughter of Tim and Jenny Hugunin, will be 5 years old on Labor Day and has cystic fibrosis. Coach Campbell supports “Charlie’s Angels” with a tradition of lunch to help raise funds needed for research for a cure for cystic fibrosis. Charlie’s Angels is a group of approximately 400 friends and family who hold special events throughout the year to raise the funds needed for researching a cure for cystic fibrosis. Next up for the group is the fifth annual Pushing Our Pedals for Charlie Bike Ride, to be held on Saturday, Aug. 4. Information for this event can be found on Charlie’s Angels Facebook page.
