Bob Butcher of Holstein, who is CEO of Community Bank in Nevada, was honored Nov. 16 for his service this past year as president of the Iowa State University Agricultural Endowment and his two terms as a member of the endowment’s board of trustees. He was presented with the Dean of Agriculture and Life Sciences Medallion at the board’s 80th annual meeting. The ISU Agricultural Endowment, a nonprofit corporation, is an affiliate organization of Iowa State University that has provided nearly $2.1 million in scholarships and educational program support since 2000.
