The Nevada Community Band will be presenting its Fourth of July concert this year at about 11 a.m., or as soon as possible after the parade. The concert will take place at the City Hall Campus performance stage. Jack O’Leary will appear as our intermission entertainment.

Tuesdays are the usual day for the community band concerts. Since July 4 lands on a Tuesday, the decision was made to have our concert right after the parade. With the great turnout for the parade, the band plans to play a concert of patriotic music for the community. Everyone is invited to make this part of their July 4th plans. The concert will include a medley from Jersey Boys, Armed Forces Salute and the “Stars and Stripes Forever.”

Plan on staying around with your lawn chairs and snacks to enjoy a concert by the local musicians who make up the Nevada Community Band.
