Reiman Gardens will be bursting with spring color as we host our popular annual event, the Spring Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 15, from 9 to 11 a.m.

Co-hosted by the Ames Jaycees, festivities will include an egg hunt for all children sixth grade and younger. Children will have the opportunity to search for colorful eggs to trade in for a goody bag. Goody bags will be provided.

The morning will also include craft and activity stations, as well as a visit from Reiman Gardens’ spring bunny.

An optional food drive will also be collecting nonperishable items to benefit Food at First.

In case of inclement weather, activities will be moved indoors. Admission is free for everyone during the event.
