The Country Pioneers 4-H Club meeting was held on Jan. 12 at the Colo Community Center. The meeting was called to order by club president, Jeffry Henze. The pledge of allegiance was led by Isabel Buchanan. The secretary’s report was read by Morgan McEnany. The treasurer’s report was read by Grace Stalzer.

Unfinished business included paying a bill to Casey’s General Store. Morgan McEnany then read the thank-you messages the club received for delivering goodie baskets in December. The new business was discussing ideas for Father’s Night in February. The club voted to go bowling in Nevada for Father’s Night. The date and time would be communicated at a future date. Leader’s Report included discussion about upcoming animal weigh-ins and a reminder about checking entries online to make sure they are accurate.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:22 p.m. The 4-H Pledge was led by Daniel Henze.
