FORT MADISON — Fort Madison Community Hospital Birthplace will be hosting a Mommy & Baby Gear Fair from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday in the Business Center conference rooms on the hospital’s lower level east addition.

The fair was conceived with new and expectant parents in mind, but anyone wanting to see first-hand what is new in the world of baby gear is welcome to attend.

Car seats, bottles, breast pumps and clothing are some of the items that will be available to check out.

A number of experts will talk about car seat safety, sunscreen for babies, and dental hygiene.

There will be door prizes and a light snack. A complete list of products and presenters at the event can be found on the Fort Madison Community Hospital Facebook page.
